I don't think so.  Gmane is a complete NNTP replacement if the
SMTP interface.  This message has been sent via news.gmane.io,
with only `gmane.os.freebsd.test' in the Newsgroups: header, and
no To: header.  I did not specify `[email protected]'
anywhere while submitting it.  Let us see whether it appears in
