Hello Andreas,
wie geht es Ihnen?

I know what you mean, but there *is* a way to use <AltGr> under EDIT.COM.

I have that problem myself because the brazilian keyboard provides 10 keys
with a 3rd character.

Now, let me focus on the german keyboard and pick the <ß> key, for example:

1) Press <AltGr> + <ß>. If EDIT.COM selects a menu, don't worry.
2) Press <AltGr> alone and release it. EDIT.COM will unselect the menu.
3) Press <ß> alone. The backslash should be echoed.

Regards,
Henrique
