Of course it works quite >differently from the BC3.1 DOS IDE. > Yes, I don't have it here, but I got discouraged soon when I found problems, sorry to be non-persistent and retry ;-) To be honest, after years using the TurboIDEs, when I first tried the FreePascal IDE, it was supposed to be similar to the TurboIDE, but quite buggy, I turned to use the commandline compiler (which works very well), and I expected to do the same with WatcomC. In fact, the only thing that I miss *a lot* is the full library reference for the function syntax (fortunately for me, FPC is very excellently documented). I could live without all the rest ;-) Aitor PS: I forgot to mention that nenwest versions of the FPC IDE seems to work very well, or that's whay they say, because I have occasionally used it yet ;-)
