New version of MetaKern now online - allows booting A:/B:/C: as well

Hi, at http://www.coli.uni-sb.de/~eric/stuff/soft/specials/
you now have a new version of MetaKern (see my older mails and the
included documentation to learn how to install it without screwing your
system...).

When booting from floppy, you still do not get the partition list. I think
it is better that way. A floppy should not access the harddisk unless the
user requests it. However, no matter where you boot from, you now have
three additional choices:

7 -> Try to reboot from disk A:
8 -> Try to reboot from disk B:
9 -> Try to reboot from disk C:

No idea if B: works, but A: and C: work in Dosemu (A: is the virtual boot
floppy, while C: is a network/redirected drive - however, "reboot from C:"
does work even there. Dosemu magic :-)). Of course, after booting from A:,
selecting menu item 7 just brings you back to the menu. After booting from
C:, selecting menu item 9 just brings you back to the MBR of C:. This may
be useful when you have another boot menu in your MBR, or when you change
floppies before rebooting from floppy. I think I will leave this as is.

I would say MetaKern is now almost perfect for what it is meant to be.
Please use Lilo or similar if you need really advanced menu systems.
With MetaKern, you can do most of the easier menu things and have a very
simple install/configure method. Feel free to write suggestions and bugreports.
