Smartdrv compatibility

there has been recently some rumor, that SMARTDRV isn't compatible
with FreeDOS memory managers.
So I tested this, and found, that HIMEM.EXE is compatible with 
SMARTDRV (tested on MSDOS 6.2)

it's not HIMEM.EXE's fault, if the tester introduces the bugs himself.
