[OT] Bug in NT's CMD.EXE?

Hi,

I can't set COPY f1+f2+f3   FT
when using XP's CMD.EXE
to work correctly. In all cases, the target file doesn't have a size 
which is the sum of the sizes of fi. I had to use FreeCOM, that works 
very well. Is it just me, is it a known bug, or is some kind of magic 
supposed to operate in XP's CMD.EXE?
