Hi, we all know the "dir is lacking /o" problem. But: XCOPY is fixed by now. The new zip is called rxcopy... sigh. I missed the update, too. Works very much the same as MS XCOPY now. Great. FIND has the FINDFIRST bug which I have recently been searching for: I have listed one or two other programs that have that bug. The bug is because Turbo C uses FCB finding, it seems. Which does not accept paths or drives in the search pattern. The maintainer (jhall himself!?) knows this and should be working on a fix. Or it is a kernel bug in findfirst... By the way, there is a kernel bug in redirection of output: Bart has fixed it. You can find a copy of the fixed kernel (nothing else, no docs, no sys: Take those from the official kernel zip) at: http://www.coli.uni-sb.de/~eric/stuff/soft/by-others/ or at: http://www.osuweb.net/~oldeman/kernel.zip Bart, I think it saves your bandwidth if people download from my copy!?
