No but what bothers me is that you distribute something now
_publically_ without source code, where that something is only meant to be
very temporarily.

In one-to-one correspondence this is OK, because I only need to provide
the source code to you when you ask for it. So please don't make private
correspondence public immediately. Anyway, the CVS is updated with the
source code so there you go.
