[anounce] diskcopy beta 0.9

This one has been sitting on my computer for much to long, anyway here is
the, hopefully last beta version of diskcopy. It's very stable and i have
not gotten any problem reports (ever). If nobody finds any new problems with
it i will move it to version 1.1 in a few months.

The following things were changed since beta 0.6:

- It now calculates the serial number correctly.
- There is now a german translation.
