I'd prefer to stick to standard tags, mainly for the purposes of 
transparency in the GNU Free Documentation License. But I will certainly 
test the help files in some DOS browsers.

This is a popular idea, and I think it'd be useful. If I set up a 
documentation project, the documents would be on the internet for anyone 
to view.
