Yes i noticed it too. It seems that the web service decided to throw me off
for no reason whatsover.

You can however get it from the same place where you can download all of the
FreeDOS utilities. The one that you are after is at:

http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/dos/diskcopy/

The latest version is: dskcp06x.zip

I meant to fix this by releasing a new version that has been pending on my
hard drive for over a year now (has two bug fixes).
