If you already have the boot disk made, you can use RAREAD
(http://www.23cc.com/programs/raread11.zip) to make the image
file.  With this you can write as many floppies as you want using rawrite
(http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/distributions/beta8/rawrite.exe
The only limit I know for these program is they need the same sized disks,
that is, you need to use a 1.44Meg image if you want to write to 1.44Meg
disks.
