Hey everyone,

Got a problem here. I was trying to install Windows 98 on my IBM Laptop
that has a 2.1 GB hard drive with 72MB of RAM. I have FreeDOS Beta 8 H1
installed on my laptop. When I run the Win98 setup program, it gives me an
error message saying I need at least 16MB of RAM installed. I un-installed
FreeDOS and installed MS-DOS 5.0 on my laptop, re-ran the setup program and
everything worked fine. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Joe
