Well, it depends on what you mean by Java on DOS. Waba, which you pointed out below. behaves a lot like Java but it doesn't have a lot of things that Java programmers use daily -- like Threads. Becauses its on DOS. Ideally what you'd what to do is port Java to multitasking multithreading GUI enviroment that is "close" to DOS. RxDOS and DMP come to mind. But theres so many "GUIs for DOS" playing around in the tar-pit now that I can't name or evaluate all of them.
