E/OS LX 0.2.0

Hello people, i upload the E/OS LX desktop 0.2.0 revition A, it´s very
preview release i add all drivers into the pak, and add more win32 programs
and more memory support. And i port sames reactos programs to win32
plataform for run in eoslx.
Well in the next version i will add setup for dos and into the desktop and
retorning to MS DOS.
