I do develop FreeCOM using BC5, in regards of the DOS-support by the
compiler itself I do not know any enhancements since BC3.1, so I suppose
it's working -- well why should it work with TC1.01 and BC5, but not with
BC3.1??

You have to re-compile SUPPL, of course.
