Time-Stamp Problems, Still....

With my latest upgrade of Freedos, I get the correct times for last file
modification. But Norton diskeditor marks as bad many of the files that
I have created or copied from other sources. This seems to be result
of invalid entries for "Create Date" and " Create Time". For example,
often a date in the year 2007 (07) is reported in this entry. This
seems to disrupt various disk and file utilities, such as scandisk and
defrag. Has anyone experienced similar problems?

Also note: I have also tried to mount the DOS partition in Linux, on a
dual boot Linux/Dos machine, and tried the dosfsck utility. This had no
effect on fixing invalid time entries.

Otherwise, everything is fine. Maybe I should just ignore the problem
and wait for the next upgrade?
