Time Stamp Problems Revisited

I have tried to reproduce these problems with test files from three 
different editors(edit,notepad,vim), and used fcopy to then copy them to 
another directory.  There was no problems observed with the time stamps 
in any of the files or their copies this time.  It appears this problem 
only occurred with files that originated from or modified from the 
version of DOS of about a year ago(can't recall the version).  Only 
create time and access time are initialized to 0-00-80.  Despite the 
fact that 0 is an invalid date digit, this isn't a problem for even 
norton diskedit, although probably it would be good idea in later 
versions to initialize these entries with valid digits, even if they are 
not used for any purpose.  It might confuse some programs or something.  

I also noticed a rather peculiar bug.  Perhaps this is known?  It seems 
that when I hit C+A+Delete to reboot, and my pwd is other than root, my 
system clock gets changed!  Has anyone else experienced this problem?
