Hi,
http://members.cox.net/dos/dir2.htm
lists several DOS directory listers with sorting and LFN support,
freeware. For FAT16, dir1.htm lists a directory sorter as well, and
http://members.cox.net/dos/disk.htm of course points out to DEFRAGR
for FAT16...

PS: I am currently testing several sorted dirlisters from the Simtel
MSDOS DIRUTIL section.
