Hi, nice to hear about NDN, but...
- did you try it without loading emm386 before?
- or with DR emm386 in DPMI mode loaded before?
- with a kernel that has the maketempfile fixed (2027te, I guess?)

This are just some of the ideas to make the DPMI versions run.

Another good question: What is the memory footprint / performance /
stability of LFNDOS compared to DOSLFN ? And of course I would be
interested what works better in NDN with LBAcache, and what size
of cache you use. I noticed that 486.eznos.org lists the current
version (compiled for 1..9 * 0.5 MB) to be limited in cache size,
but the manpage of MS smartdrv recommends using one fourth of your
RAM, up to 2 MB (simply stated), so I wonder if it would be useful
to change the cache size limit to something higher.
