Hello,

Format can verify floppy disks; but, it needs some work on the verification
of hard disks.

Format can format fat32 but the fat32 format may not be completely
compatible with other operating systems. (i.e. Windows 9x.) The fat32 file
system is at least 99% of what is needed in order to work with other
operating systems.

Unfortunately, I have been extremely busy lately and haven't had time to
work on format, unformat, or mirror. (With format being the most important.
Unformat works; but could be cleaned up. Mirror is alpha quality.)

Any patches to any of these programs are most welcome! Please do not alter
the programming style, though.

Another version of Free FDISK is being worked on at this time. I am working
on obtaining a 180GB hard drive for testing purposes.

Regards,

Brian Reifsnyder
