Hi, uhm, no.
Flat Real Mode ("unreal mode") means switching to protected mode,
using 4 GB flat segment descriptors, switching back and leaving
the cached descriptor properties active. It is kind of protected
mode for people who do not dare staying there. But you cannot
reach it from v86. So my point still holds: If emm386 without
VCPI is present, you cannot use those protected mode addressing tricks.
