ke2027rc for download.

Hi,

the hopefully one and only kernel 2027 release candidate is now available
for download with full source at
http://freedos.sourceforge.net/kernel/ke2027rc.zip

Summary of changes since ke2027te:
* line editing is MSDOS compatible: all of F1--F6, Del and Ins now work
  in the same way
* better compatibility with "InDOS" flag using TSRs (for instance THELP)
* fixed some more bugs
* saved some more bytes

Also, I fixed one problem in the memory allocation which made GEM happier,
but it still isn't happy enough :(, but I haven't been able to trace down
where it exactly happens.

If you find a bug (yes this is also in reply to Alain's email)
* does the bug also occur in kernel 2027test?
* does the bug also occur in kernel 2026b?

If the answer to both questions is "yes" then I won't bother to fix it
unless the fix is very small and very obvious (that is, NOT something
like, "Windows 3.11 doesn't work! Please fix it for me!")

If the answer to any of the above questions is "no" then it should be
fixed before kernel 2027 is released.

In general I want the diff between 2027rc and 2027 as small as possible --
I accept no codingstyle changes, no speed savings and no space savings,
just bug fixes.
