ANNOUNCE: Layout Packs for xkeyb 1.13+

On behalf on Henrique Peron and myself, I am pleased to announce

Reduced Layout Packs 1.00 for xkeyb 1.13+
Full Layout Packs 1.00 for xkeyb 1.13+

These packs are upgrades to the keyboar layout files (.KEY) that 
accompain each xkeyb distribution, and are compatible to the KEY file 
format from xkeyb version 1.13 onwards, although you are always advised 
to use latest xkeyb version (currently 1.13) with them, in order to be 
able to make use of all their potential. Note that nothey are 
explicitely incompatible with xkeyb 1.10 or earlier versions (unlikely, 
there are not special incompatibilities with xkeyb 1.11 and xkeyb 1.12, 
if you rework out your files by merging them with PC437.KEY),

The layout packs are intended to replace the KEY files that come up with 
the xkeyb distributions, and are newer than those in xkeyb 1.11, xkeyb 
1.12 and xkeyb 1.13, fixing some bugs that appeared on xkeyb 1.13 version.

This all has been made possible because of the work and patience of 
Henrique Peron.

The packs are thoroughly self documented, and we shall be grateful to 
receive feedback or comments on the packs.

The REDUCED pack is intended to have the traditional xkeyb layout set, 
which includes 32 layouts mainly for European and American layouts, 
whereas the FULL pack contains a set of 147 layouts, including many more 
layouts worldwide, and for a variety of codepages, provided that you 
have a tool for changing DISPLAY codepages (note: FreeDOS does no have 
one yet), as well as extended layouts with further capabilities.
