New release 0.0.59 at

News:
General:
DCL stop now handles hexadecimal instead of decimal.
Changed over to CONFIG_VMS as the default compile.
New CONFIGURE process doing cluster work.
VMS forking is now working.
Nonpaged pool.
CONFIG_VMS:
Clustering now can handle clustered stop (again).
SWAPPER process is now doing something (paging, no actual swapping).
Simple image rundown support.

Bugs fixed:
In removal of timer queue entry.
Array overflowed in cluster code.

Notes:
CONFIG_VMS:
Clustering has some problems due to randomly lost packets, so
disk mounts may only work seldomly. (I never succeeded.)
Swapping is still at an early stage, and using it will cause crashes.
