I always like these cover letters.  Damien is particulary good at writing
good cover letters.  Each  of his cover letter has a short introduction.  If he needs
to write a V2, then he keeps the same introduction.  That makes it really easy
for me to keep track of "ohhh, this new feature is still being worked on."

Diego your new patch here is for letting people do something like

sudo nice -n -20 emacs 

right?
