The chat that we have is on IRC, #hurd on libera.chat. Not the most
modern or convenient chat platform, of course, but that's where the
community is.

Back in 2024, I was contacted by Maxim Kuvyrkov of Linaro. That's not
arm.com, but close. Not sure what you're getting at though :)
