[PATCH 0/2 gnumach] xen+smp progress

Hi,

This patchset passes CI as before, with new tests passing.

TODO: Fix the xen vcpu gdt/idt settings and complete the port.
Then figure out how to enable the qemu test suite on xen guest.
This would be easier to do when qemu is available on Hurd.
