gnumach-common missing files

Hello

in gnumach-common there are many missing files like :

1- mach.h
2-mach_port.h
3-mach_traps.h

Both the first and second headers are found as ".defs" file

 , they are important for such funcations as "vm_allocate"
and "port_allocate"

it is easy to generate them with mig , but the last one is not found as
".h" or ".defs" ,this header is important for allocate memory because it
contain task functions such as "mach_task_self()"

,this problem can be solve by copy and paste it from gnumach source code
