[PATCH 0/4 incubator] smbfs - update to new samba api

Hi,

This needs testing on a samba share, but should bring smbfs into a
state where it could be upstreamed into hurd.

The only outstanding issue I can see is the licensing:
Some files are marked GPLv3+ some are GPLv2+.
Perhaps we can get permission from the two authors to relicense the
files all to GPLv2+ for consistency so it can be merged as is into hurd?
(But it looks like FSF might already hold the copyright?)
How do we find out?
