adding marco to Savannah

Hi,

I want to add Marco to Savannah, so he can use the patch, bug and task
manager and can maintain his stuff (and other people's contribution)
there.

There is no way to do this without also giving CVS commit privileges,
but Marco is fully aware that bad things will happen to him if he
touches that without explicit permission.

Barring objections, I will do this at the weekend.
