Maybe FSFE can help there. IIRC FSF only accepts general donations to GNU.

Sadly not, but it sounds like a good idea, too, especially if there are more 
people who might want to donate, too.

The donations to them are only cheap for spanish people, though.

Ideally we should have bank accounts in all major countries… I could ask my 
wife (worked in a bank before starting her parental break) if we could get one 
for germany, but can’t promise anything - I don’t know enough about the legal 
issues.
