hurd docs?

Hello,

I have just forked hurd repo off github and am interested in working on
gnu-hurd, first on my own, and if I make any significant headway, merge my
branch into the official branch.

That being said, I am interested if you are able to provide any
hurd-specific documentation, instructions on how to compile and set it up,
et cetera.
