Well, it was already there in fact: Go to <http://hurd.gnu.org/>, select
``ChangeLogs'' and see the ``commit-hurd mailing list'' mentioned there.

Hm?  Just go to <http://hurd.gnu.org/>, select ``Getting Help'' (that's
perhaps a bit misnamed) and see all the mailing lists published.
