Misconfiguration on edit links

Aloha -

There seems to be some misconfiguration on the web site's 'edit' links.

When I load http://darnassus.sceen.net/~hurd-web/, the edit link appears as
http://darnassus.sceen.net/cgi-bin/hurd-web?do=edit&page=index and works.

When I load https://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/hurd.html, the edit link
appears as http://darnassus.sceen.net/hurd-web.cgi?do=edit&page=hurd and
does not work.
