Hello,
Is there any BSD-licensed virtual machine to play with NetBSD? Tired of
SIMH-vax, because it puts some non-recognizable characters (5.0.1) and the
5.0.2 does not install at all and causes panic.

gxemul works with unix only. Xen is GPL.
Anything that works with windows also is welcome.
