AWS promotional credits for open source projects

Hi all,

Few days ago there was announcement from AWS regarding promotional credits
for open source projects. Did anyone look into that ?
To me it seems a good way to promote NetBSD and use cloud infrastructure
for free.

My apologies if this is somewhat inappropriate for this list.
