Curses from a few days ago doesn't restore the original background if
a program changes it.
>How-To-Repeat:
1. Run sysinst(8) on the console (TERM=wsvt25).
2. Exit immediately.
Background is now blue.

Workaround:
tput rs1 (or, run reset(1)).
