I have been working with nia on the [audioviz project](https://wiki.netbsd.org/projects/project/audioviz/) and it is in a place now that I think it is ready for submission.

audioviz is a curses frontend for visualizing the frequency domain of pcm data captured on an audio device. The source can be found here:

I imagine this would live in src/usr.bin in its own directory. Happy to open a PR against NetBSD-src or however is needed for further review
