Oh, that was deliberate. My thinking was should grep be updated (whether GNU or fully switched over to BSD instead of just in tools), it should be covered in HEAD (if test coverage starts failing, no one should be requesting pull-ups). I wouldn't expect we'd necessarily pull up every test case addition? Anyway, I see those changes should be straightforward to pull up, so I'll submit them later today. Dave
