That also affects playing of videos from youtube for example so it's not
great.

I will try to bisect the issue. By first build was of trunk dated
01-01-2025, src-public commit 517355, xsrc-public commit 7873. I was
hoping that that far back the issue would not exist yet, but it was
broken already. I will have to go back further.
