chromium flickering rectangle corruption (with workaround)

Just tried www/chromium under NetBSD 11 and the window appears to be
overwhelmed by flickering rectangle display corruption.

The console output includes many lines of the following:

ERROR:cc/tiles/tile_manager.cc:998] WARNING: tile memory limits
exceeded, some content may not draw

Running as "chromium --force-gpu-mem-available-mb=4096" appears to
avoid the issue - I don't know if that might give anyone insight into
an underlying issue...
