port-evbarm/60404: Beaglebone Black: nonfunctional usb wifi

I have submitted PR port-evbarm/60404 regarding nonfunctional usb wifi =
on the Beaglebone Black.  Even though Debian + u-boot v2022.04 is =
functional, NetBSD-current + u-boot v2022.04 is not; the latter does not =
even probe the USB bus for devices.  NetBSD-current + u-boot v2018.11 =
detects the wifi device but the latter remains nonfunctional and can =
lead to kernel panics during booting or when the wifi device is =
inserted.

It seems like a divergence between our drivers and the device trees, but =
this is far outside my expertise.

I would really appreciate help debugging this and am happy to assist in =
any way possible.
