In case you have already done the "build.sh build" (or simmilar) step:
the nbmake-$arch file is created in the ${TOOLDIR}/bin path, where
$TOOLDIR comes from the -T argument to build.sh (or is auto-generated
from the $OBJDIR).

If you look at the first lines of the build.sh output you will see
something like:

===> TOOLDIR path:        /work/tools
===> DESTDIR path:        /work/branches/hosts-current/evbearmv5
===> RELEASEDIR path:     /work/branches/rel-current/evbearmv5
===> Updated makewrapper: /work/tools/bin/nbmake-evbarm

and here the "makewrapper" /work/tools/bin/nbmake-evbarm is the binary
that you are looking for (if you are building for amd64, it would be
..../bin/nbmake-amd64).

Since it usually will not be in your $PATH, you need to invoke it with
an absolute path.
