error generating parameter file in CGD

Hello.


Using cgdconfig to generate parameter file on 4.99.44 fails with:

cgdconfig: keygen pkcs5_pbkdf2/sha1 must provide `iterations'
cgdconfig: invalid parameters generated

It seems that this problem was around here as PR 37373 (closed) in
4.99.35.
