My patch do crypto/disk/ssh deal with the fact that the cpp symbol AFS i
openssh means two things: that ssh should do k_pagsh()+krb{,5}_afslog and
the second, that it will do token forwarding.

The later requires krb4, the former not (using krb5_afslog not krb_afslog
that is).
