	src/etc: getramdisksize

Log Message:
Instead of hard-coding the ramdisksize both in the distrib makefiles
and the kernel, provide a script to grab the size from the kernel so
we can define it in one place.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 src/etc/getramdisksize
