Pull up the following revisions, requested by christos in ticket #309:
src/external/bsd/unbound/include/config.h 1.16,1.17
external/bsd/unbound/lib/libunbound/shlib_version 1.9
external/bsd/unbound/lib/libunbound/unbound.expsym 1.4
Merge changes between unbound 1.24.2 and 1.25.1
turn off HAVE_ATTR_NONSTRING for clang, our clang doesn't have it.
should fix all the llvm builds i hope.
