So, continuing to poke around, Lexar professional series seems to have a 300x!

The 2G variant is still over 4 times as expensive as the 266x A-DATA.
For these servers, I'll just chance it.  [;-)    (My camera can't
handle the speed, and I'd rather put the $$$ towards new lenses.)
