Nearly all of the threads interfaces are implemented. Missing is process shared synchronization and priority inheritance (at user level). From the OS implementors view those are effectively the same bit of code. There are some odd function calls that it would be nice to add, but that's about it. To describe NetBSD's pthread library as "not POSIX compatible" is stretching the truth quite a bit.
